Barrie’s Rail Jam
Barrie’s Sports is hosting
Barrie’s Rail Jam at Pebble Creek Ski Area. Barrie’s has hosted a
number of wildly successful summer time rail jams on their parking
lot, and now it is time to be on the snow.
The event is slated for Saturday,
March 17 at 1:00 PM. Rails, boxes and a variety of other features will
be installed just above the lodge. Spectators will have a great view
of all the action from the deck. Features range from easy to those
sure to test the skills of participants.
People of all ages and abilities
are encouraged to participate in this fun event. The event is
non-competitive but expect appreciation and applause from onlookers.
The Awards Party will begin
shortly after the lifts close. All participants are entered to win
draw prizes.
The registration fee for Barrie’s
Rail Jam is $ 5.00. The entrance fee allows the rider to participate
in the event and be eligible for prizes. All riders must have a valid
lift ticket or season pass to access the course and features. Inverted
air, feet above the head, is not permitted. Inverted air will result
in loss of pass privileges for the rest of the season. Sign up in the
office.
