Work and play this winter at the best ski area in Idaho! Pebble Creek has employment opportunities available for friendly, guest service oriented individuals. We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic, team players, dedicated to helping us deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Terrain Park
Groomer/Snowmaker
Rental Shop Technician
Ski & Snowboard Instructor

– Various positions available for ages 16 and up.
– Complete the training programs established by Pebble Creek.

Usual Shifts are from 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Night shifts are from 4:00pm to 10:00pm.
Most employees receive off-duty skiing privileges.
Employment usually lasts from mid-December through the first week of April.

Employment with skiing/boarding privileges is available for course graduates

To be Hired as an Instructor you must:

– Successfully complete the course
– Attend a new employee orientation session
– Be able to ski or board on Green and Blue runs
– Have a passion for the sport and be willing to share it with others
